Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange according to the following terms:
Return & Exchange Period:
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
To ensure your request is accepted, please adhere to the following conditions:
1. Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
2. Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
3. Invoice: The original purchase invoice must be included with the product.
4. Non-Returnable Products: Some products may not be returnable due to damage, breakage, or if they have been used. This will be specified in the product description.
Return & Exchange Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service team to submit a return or exchange request.
2. A pickup will be scheduled with the shipping company to collect the product from you.
3. After receiving and inspecting the product to ensure it meets the conditions, your request will be approved.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges:
- Defective Product: Spare Car will cover all shipping costs.
- Customer Preference (No Defect): The customer will bear the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product (in case of exchange).
Refunds:
- In case of a return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14
business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
